The Gin Do Diebe Uva Negra Mole is a premium artisanal gin that celebrates Negra Mole, the Algarve’s most emblematic native red grape variety. Combining this variety with a carefully selected range of botanicals results in an elegant, fresh and wine-like gin that perfectly expresses the region’s Mediterranean identity.
With a sophisticated and gastronomic aromatic profile, it is ideal for enjoying in a gin and tonic or signature cocktails, highlighting the unique, fruity character of Negra Mole and the authenticity of Algarve flavours.

Composition: Grain alcohol, Negra Mole grapes, juniper, coriander, orange, dried rosemary, angelica, purple everlasting flower, pink peppercorns, hibiscus and cardamom.
Production: The botanicals are macerated in a 96% alcohol base, where they rest before being distilled just once in a traditional Portuguese copper still.
Tasting notes: Colourless, the Negra Mole grape gin, with a Mediterranean herbal character, creates a wine-like, gastronomic and sophisticated profile. Perfect for pairing with fish dishes and sushi.

Return policy
Return policy
The customer may return a product up to 48 hours after receiving it. Only returns of products that are damaged or in poor condition are permitted. To return an order, you must contact us by sending an email to help@avotetewineshop.com or using our form, explaining the reasons for the return. If the product is broken or deteriorated, we may ask the customer to provide photographs of the condition of the product in question. In these cases, Avó Têtê - Wine Shop will cover the costs of returning the products, provided that they are broken, damaged or in poor condition. If the order is correct, but the customer has changed their mind or does not agree with any of the products, they have seven days to make the return. All products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging, exactly as they were received by the customer. Shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by the customer. Once received and inspected, we will proceed to pay the same amount for which the customer purchased the product.
