Winemaking: Hand-harvested in the second week of August. Rigorous selection of the best grape clusters transported in 15kg boxes. A final cluster selection is made at the sorting table, which carries the whole clusters to the pneumatic horizontal press. The following pressing is very gentle and lasts for 3 hours, allowing the full aromatic potential of the grape skins to be extracted without drawing too much color from them. The wine is aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks after alcoholic fermentation, promoting freshness and youthfulness.
Tasting Notes: Shows a light and seductive color, with fresh, citrus, and tropical fruit aromas dominating the nose. On the palate, it is between tense and present, with a very fine balance between its acidity and body. It finishes dry and light.
Pairing: Very versatile at the table. It finds its best match with typical Algarve cuisine but also surprises when paired with Asian food. Pairs well with shellfish, grilled fish, and sushi.

Return policy
The customer may return a product up to 48 hours after receiving it. Only returns of products that are damaged or in poor condition are permitted. To return an order, you must contact us by sending an email to help@avotetewineshop.com or using our form, explaining the reasons for the return. If the product is broken or deteriorated, we may ask the customer to provide photographs of the condition of the product in question. In these cases, Avó Têtê - Wine Shop will cover the costs of returning the products, provided that they are broken, damaged or in poor condition. If the order is correct, but the customer has changed their mind or does not agree with any of the products, they have seven days to make the return. All products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging, exactly as they were received by the customer. Shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by the customer. Once received and inspected, we will proceed to pay the same amount for which the customer purchased the product.
