Vinificação: Situada no Algoz, a vinha tem na composição do solo a sua grande mais-valia, é um solo típico do Barrocal Algarvio que transfere ao vinho características muito distintas. Vindima manual, com início nos primeiros dias de Agosto. Seleção rigorosa dos melhores cachos a serem transportados por pequenas caixas de 15kg. Na vinificação, é efetuada uma última seleção de cacho na mesa de escolha, que transporta os cachos inteiros para a prensa horizontal pneumática. A prensagem que se segue é muito delicada e prolonga-se por 4 horas, promovendo assim uma pequena maceração pelicular, transferindo ao mosto maior complexidade aromática e gustativa. O estágio do vinho após a fermentação alcoólica dá-se sobre borras finas da fermentação, durante 8 meses em depósitos de inox, promovendo a sua frescura e juventude.
Notas de prova: Aromaticamente sobressaem as notas de citrinos, folha de lima kaffir, envoltas por fruta tropical fresca. Na boca a acidez é firme, tem boa tensão, conduzindo a um final seco e ligeiramente salino.
Harmonização: Muito polivalente à mesa, tem na gastronomia típica algarvia a sua melhor conjugação. Harmoniza bem com marisco, peixe grelhado ou no forno e saladas.

Return policy
The customer may return a product up to 48 hours after receiving it. Only returns of products that are damaged or in poor condition are permitted. To return an order, you must contact us by sending an email to help@avotetewineshop.com or using our form, explaining the reasons for the return. If the product is broken or deteriorated, we may ask the customer to provide photographs of the condition of the product in question. In these cases, Avó Têtê - Wine Shop will cover the costs of returning the products, provided that they are broken, damaged or in poor condition. If the order is correct, but the customer has changed their mind or does not agree with any of the products, they have seven days to make the return. All products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging, exactly as they were received by the customer. Shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by the customer. Once received and inspected, we will proceed to pay the same amount for which the customer purchased the product.
