Return policy

The customer may return a product up to 48 hours after receiving it. Only returns of products that are damaged or in poor condition are permitted. To return an order, you must contact us by sending an email to help@avotetewineshop.com or using our form, explaining the reasons for the return. If the product is broken or deteriorated, we may ask the customer to provide photographs of the condition of the product in question. In these cases, Avó Têtê - Wine Shop will cover the costs of returning the products, provided that they are broken, damaged or in poor condition. If the order is correct, but the customer has changed their mind or does not agree with any of the products, they have seven days to make the return. All products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging, exactly as they were received by the customer. Shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by the customer. Once received and inspected, we will proceed to pay the same amount for which the customer purchased the product.
