Winemaking: Hand harvest of white and red grapes in the fourth week of September 2022, light destemming and maceration with foot treading in a stone trough. Fermentation occurred spontaneously with native yeasts, without temperature control for 8 days. Malolactic fermentation finished in January 2023, and the wine was racked into 550-liter stainless steel vats; part of the wine aged 10 months in 225-liter used oak barrels. The wine was stabilized, using low doses of SO2 for protection. The wine was not filtered; decanting was spontaneous and the wine cleared naturally.

Tasting Notes: Light ruby color, typical of field blends with a slight brightness. On the nose, aromas of ripe red and black forest fruits, such as blueberries and currants. On the palate, dry, young, medium-bodied, with medium and genuine tannins typical of wines with little intervention. Pleasant and long finish.

Pairing: A versatile wine that pairs well with various foods, but we recommend serving it cooler, around 16ºC. Boards of cured meats and soft to semi-hard cheeses, oven-roasted lamb, cod with creamier sauces. Unfiltered wine, subject to sediment. Vegan.
